Terms of service
Effective and last updated October 30, 2026
Who provides dolorez.
dolorez. is developed and operated by on your left R&D limited, a Colorado limited liability company. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” mean on your left R&D limited. Contact hey@dolorez.com for service or account questions. This identification does not retroactively replace a separately signed agreement. We will notify affected customers before any future transfer of their service agreement.
Scope and agreements
These terms describe use of dolorez.com, its booking and waitlist pages, restaurant-management software and staff applications. Use the service only if you can lawfully agree to the terms that apply to you, or have appropriate authorization from your restaurant or guardian. Restaurant administrators must be authorized to act for their business. Staff accounts are issued through their restaurant.
A restaurant's separately agreed order, pilot agreement or service agreement governs its plan, charges and any specifically agreed service commitments. A restaurant's displayed booking, arrival and cancellation rules apply to its visits. Those rules do not override privacy rights or mandatory law. Publishing or updating this page does not retroactively change a signed agreement or enroll an existing customer in a paid plan.
Reservations and waitlists
The restaurant provides the dining service and controls its hours, availability, seating decisions, visit rules and guest records. A reservation is confirmed when the service displays a successful confirmation or the restaurant confirms it. An availability result alone is not a confirmed reservation. A temporary hold expires unless the booking is completed.
A waitlist entry, estimated wait or preferred arrival time is not a reservation or guaranteed seating time. Guests must follow the restaurant's check-in instructions and be physically present when required to be seated. If a party is absent when called, the host may seat the next waiting party. Contact the restaurant or use the private visit link to change or cancel a visit. Keep private booking-management links confidential.
Accounts and authorized access
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts, workspaces and records you are authorized to access. Restaurant administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate staff access, maintaining accurate operational settings and reviewing activity in their workspace. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use. Do not share credentials or private visit links publicly.
Staff tools and operational decisions
Schedules, time records, qualifications, availability, shift requests, messages and forecasts are tools for the restaurant's team. Restaurants remain responsible for staffing decisions, required approvals, payroll, employment records, workplace policies and compliance with applicable employment laws. A shift pickup request is not an approved transfer until the required manager approval is recorded. Forecasts and historical reports depend on the completeness and accuracy of the underlying data.
Your data and content
You and the relevant restaurant retain your rights in uploaded artwork, records and other content. You authorize us to host, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service and features you use, consistent with our Privacy policy and authorized restaurant instructions. This permission does not transfer ownership or allow unrelated advertising use of guest or staff information.
Submit only information and artwork you have the right to use. Restaurant administrators must have a lawful basis and any required notices or permissions for guest and employee data, imports and communications. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Requests to access, correct, export or delete information can be made through Data deletion instructions; identity, authority and applicable retention obligations are reviewed before records change.
Messages and notifications
Online reservations require agreement to the displayed reservation-service text notice when confirming the booking. Optional waitlist texts require their separately displayed consent. Neither agreement subscribes guests to marketing. Message frequency varies; carrier message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop SMS or HELP for assistance. Stopping texts does not cancel a visit or delete its history. Advance-arrival waitlist features may require visit texts for check-in. See Guest messaging terms. Staff push notifications depend on permission and device settings. Messages and notifications may be delayed or fail; review the app or contact the restaurant when a timely update matters.
AI and connected services
Enabled AI features can assist with translation, guest replies, imports and operational suggestions. Original text remains available for staff translations. AI output and estimates can be inaccurate; review consequential information before relying on it. Staff remain responsible for host actions and restaurant decisions.
Third-party services have their own terms and availability. A public Facebook, Instagram or Google booking link does not imply partner endorsement or access to that account. The dolorez. Meta app is currently an unpublished development app without restaurant connections or customer-data permissions; native Reserve-provider booking is not active. Google partner integration is not activated. Any future connection must be separately authorized by an appropriate account administrator.
Acceptable use and software ownership
Do not use dolorez. for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, fraudulent bookings or unauthorized collection or disclosure of personal information. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service or attempt to access another restaurant's records. Report suspected security issues privately to the service contact.
on your left R&D limited and its licensors retain rights in the software, service design and dolorez. branding. You may use the service and its provided booking links or widgets for their intended purpose under your applicable plan or agreement. Rights in restaurant artwork and third-party software remain with their respective owners.
Pilots, trials and payments
Restaurant subscription pricing, promotions, payment authorization and cancellation are described in the restaurant subscription agreement. Any draft is identified on that page; a draft does not enroll or charge a restaurant.
Features may change during beta testing. The 30-day free trial is self-directed, with customer support included and no guided onboarding. Its accepted enrollment summary identifies its start date and scope. Reading these terms or using a free pilot does not itself authorize a charge. Paid service requires a separately accepted plan or order explaining the price, billing period, included features, applicable usage charges, renewal, cancellation and any refund terms before payment authorization. Contact us to discuss or end a pilot or subscription under its applicable agreement.
Availability, support and limits
We work to maintain the service, but do not promise uninterrupted operation, instant delivery, error-free forecasts or guaranteed seating outcomes. Internet, devices and third-party providers can affect service. Restaurants should maintain a practical fallback for service interruptions and retain copies or exports of records needed for their obligations. Specific support or availability commitments must be set out in the applicable agreement.
Except for expressly agreed commitments and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, including responsibility for fraud or intentional misconduct. These terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration clause or waive statutory consumer or privacy rights.
Suspension, ending service and changes
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, unlawful use or a material breach of the applicable agreement. Where practical, we will explain the issue and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve it; urgent risks may require immediate action. Suspension or termination does not automatically erase restaurant, employment or visit records. Contact us to arrange authorized export, return or deletion consistent with the applicable agreement and law.
We will identify material changes through an appropriate notice and their effective date, and obtain agreement where required. Changes will not retroactively replace separately agreed terms or introduce charges without authorization. If you have a concern or dispute, contact hey@dolorez.com so we can try to resolve it. Applicable legal rights and remedies remain available.
